This is the logo for USAG, otherwise know as the United States Association of Gymnastics. USAG is the
national governing body for international gymnastics competitors in the United States. While there of several
other accredited organizations hosting and governing gymnastics events throughout our nation, the USAG
represents the final doorway to the world stage of gymnastics competition.  Additionally, they work tirelessly
to make the jobs of countless gymnastics professionals and physical educators more effective and meaningful.




TRC South is our sister program.  Established in November of 2009, it is our
"team training facility" And great place to learn the TRC Gymnastics way. 
Both of our gymnastics facilities work together to provide gymnastics
instruction to all of North County San Diego and more.




;Excel Cheer is coming to TRC Solana Beach in January 2013! This program will teach the fundamentals of cheer, motions, stunts, tumbling and dance! At EXCEL, our mission is to provide a program dedicated exclusively to introducing & training young athletes the  dynamics of cheerleading. EXCEL's program will encourage and help to develop an athlete's skills in leadership, self-discipline, and self-confidence with a focus on striving to         do their best at what they set their mind to.



The people at "San Diego Music Together" provide classes that build on your child's natural enthusiasm
for music and movement. They will help you provide your child with the basic musical skills needed to
enjoy school and social musical activities, and to study an instrument should he or she choose to do so.
These classes are taught at various locations in not only San Diego County, but around the U.S.  We are
thankful to have their presence at TRC Gymnastics.


 

"So Cal Gymnastics" is a subsidiary of the USAG.  These people provide support to competitive
coaches and athletes on a state level.  This site is a great resource for information that relates to
competitive gymnastics. Find out what's happening on the competitive side of gymnastics in So Cal.





Kenyons Karate is a well established organization.  They are located very close to
TRC in Solana Beach; it is not just great place to learn and train in the martial arts,
they are good people that care about their clientele and their well being.




Pure Barre is a very popular workout place in Solana Beach where local moms
come to train. And since they are right next door to our Solana Beach gym,
together, TRC Gymnastics, Kenyons' and Pure Barre combine to create
a great "one stop shop" for the whole family.
